I am bringing an old way of wise woman care to Central Minnesota.

It’s time to remember the ancient ways of caring for our bodies, take back our power, and reclaim the wisdom that once was innate in every woman. I dream of witnessing the women in our communities know fully who they are, what they are capable of, and confident in the gifts they have to offer.

In a world where women are made to mask the messages of their body, where there are endless gynecological diagnoses and few answers, where women give birth and are expected to “bounce back” while underfed, lonely, and yearning to be held —

I’m here to bring you another way.

womb care

As women, our cycles are indicative of what’s going with our bodies as a whole. If things aren’t feeling balanced and beautiful (in your cycle or anywhere else in your body), let’s take a look at how we can recognize. restructure, and nourish those needs.

Whether you’re looking for basic period care support, holistic education for your daughters or yourself, are working through any cycle struggles or diagnoses, or are in your menopause transition and beyond and desiring a more comprehensive self care practice to feel balanced and whole, you’re in the right place.

mothering the mother

When a baby is born, a mother is born. In the early hours, days, and weeks of shedding our identity as maiden and embracing this new role as mother, we need all the support and rest we can get.

I’m so glad you’re here.

May you take rest in the simple truths you find in this space + remember. May you feel well resourced, free to create, and appreciated as you are.  May your gifts shine through you, guiding not only your way, but luminating those of your people as well. Have courage, friend.

Holding you in love, light, and in your Highest Good.
